See the bbc are up to their usual bias standard.

In their article today, under the heading of "Can an English Team win it this year" quite predictably City ( who apparently are the only team that have the CL as a "holy Grail" like nobody else has ) Liverpool and Chelsea all have a bit of a write up.

Then they finish with a throw away comment along the lines of "Oh and Tottenham are in it also"

I am not in anyway saying Spurs have a real shout, but the total disrespect towards them from the bbc is breath taking.

So you don't see a problem with this sort of throw away reporting ( by a major British news outlet ) on an English team competing in the CL ?

Frankly every Spurs fan should be insulted by this article, and be talking up our team in Europe.

Spurs fully earned their place in this draw and have as much entitlement to be there as anyone else. Frankly the bbc should put a hell of a lot more recognition on this, rather than basically say "well there are three English teams that we duly recognise in the CL, oh and Spurs"

We may not get deep into the competition, but that is not the point. Could you see such an after thought comment if the fourth team in it was Utd ??

Steve, let's be fair financially doped clubs like City and Chelsea under Abramovich would not be anywhere near the CL without their unfair money doping advantage.
