I don't hate any football person.
I certainly don't respect Walter professionally, and its not just because his brand of conservative football isn't my cuppa tea.

Or the fact that he stuffed you time and again?
He took on McNeil, Brady, Macari, Burns, Jansen, Strachan, Mowbray and Lennon and statistically only Jansen got the better of him.
Just a pity he missed Barnes and Venglos. I will admit
O'Neil would have been a tough adversary but first Lieutenant McLeish got the honour of beating him.
the better of him.

I loved MON because after the list of huddies titles just listed, he restored some form of pride.
But just because his teams bullied Rangers that does not equate to route1 football, Petrov, Maloney, Moracvik, Thompson all flourished under him.
1 thing though, he was absolutley blessed to inherit Larsson at the same time Dermot was feeling flush.

MON... deserted a sinking ship with no valid reason.
Typical of the man.

Your being harsh there Ish, his wife was very I'll when he left Celtic. Also the way his team lost the 2005 title
would have given him very little leverage.
