Just how many will Haaland score?

He could actually get 50+ league goals if he stays fit. 60+ in all comps. We’re taking peak Messi/Ronaldo numbers.

His next 5 home league games

Saints
Brighton
Fulham
Brentford
Everton

That could be 10 goals alone 😂.

How many will he get? So far it’s 14 league goals in 8 games.

Okay looks like the rest of the league should just pack it up

Nah, that’s silly
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Why? He is already 14 goals in 8 league games only. He'll score 50 in the league and another 20 in cups. Only injury can stop him. City create so much that he'll get at least 5-7 clear cut chances every game,
----------------------------------------------------------------------

If you look at Haaland's shot accuracy and conversion rates (65% and 45% according to the BBC) they're not so widely high that maintaining them is unrealistic. They're also not that much better than his time in Dortmund.

I don't think we're seeing Haaland on a hot streak here; I think this is just Haaland playing for a team that creates a huge number of chances. And specifically Haaland seemingly on the same wavelength as one of the most creative midfielders we've seen in our league.

If he remains injury free (not happened in any season for him yet) then 50 is really achievable. Even with a few knocks I think he'll be 40+.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
If he plays 35 full league games, he is scoring 50 goals at the very minimum. That's scary. Not even peak Ronaldo would have achieved that in this league.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Not sure I agree with that. Ronaldo is one of the best players ever. He scored 50+ in 6 seasons running, over 60 in two of those.

Put peak Ronaldo into this City team and he'd at least match Haaland imo.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Haaland is still 21-22. He is not even at his peak and he is poised to post peak Ronaldo/Messi numbers.
Scary to think how many he will score when he matures more. His CL record is better than Messi/ Ronaldo at their respective ages.

Yeah, much as Haaland is a beast of a player I think people need to chill a little, he still has a LONG way to go to be considered in the same bracket as Messi or Ronaldo.

Kidding aren’t you?
He’s got 14 league goals already, I can easily see him getting 100-150 goals this season

3 PL hatricks in 8 games. Next closest was Owen in 48 games. Mental.

Erling Haaland's goal-scoring rate will scorch EVERY record! He's on course for 66 league goals this season with Mo Salah's tally of 32 gone in 19 games, while Alan Shearer could wave goodbye to his all-time record of 260 in UNDER four seasons

Good striker in richest team in the world scores a lot of goals. Where is the headline here? I honestly don't see what the fuss is about.

If Harry Kane had the same players around him then he would have scored more.

This is disrespectful to the establishment. The Mo Salah's, the Harry Kane's, the Son Heung-min's. He's profligate, he wastes chances, he doesn't get involved in build up. It will take him 1-2 seasons to get used to City's system. If he scores 15 goals in the league, he will have had a good season.
