The ball from Kane's penalty is scheduled to splash down in the Pacific Ocean off the coast of Baja California Sunday around 12:40 p.m. EST (1740 GMT).

The ball had slipped into lunar orbit minutes after the penalty was taken and exited lunar orbit this morning.
The ball will hit Earth's atmosphere over the Pacific Ocean at about 12:20 p.m. EST (1720 GMT) on Sunday while traveling 25,000 mph (40,000 kph). This tremendous speed will generate a lot of friction; it will have to handle temperatures up to 5,000 degrees Fahrenheit (2,800 degrees Celsius) — about half as hot as the surface of the sun.
The ball will bounce off the upper atmosphere like a rock skipping across the surface of a pond

It’s telling there seems to be only one fan base bashing Kane on here too
Most have been grown up about it …not surprising though as was the same when Rashford and Saka missed at the euros
Ironic too as the sensitive lot came out in numbers to protect vvd (Dutch player) when he missed but an English player (who most of them follow) gets it in the neck

To be honest, I've had a pretty rough day for one reason or another, and just feeling kind of low in general.
