Yeah imagine thinking that Silva pass is anywhere close to Ronaldinho playing a through ball off his back.

I’ve been arguing it’s the best ever since he did it, it’s weird more people haven’t seen it. It’s just a ridiculous thing to even try let along execute.

I couldn't make it to the pass because of that diabolical racket.

I'm sure it was good but not as good as Silva's pass that doesn't require $hite music in the background.

I once watched Robbie Fowler score the greatest goal I have ever seen (sure it was a freindly or against low level european team perhaps a qualifier)

watched it live, and have never been able to find footage of it again.

He has his back to goal about 25 yards out well outwith the width of the box also (so about 15 yards from throw in line). the ball, a long ball gets played up to him, his first touch is outside of his boot flick over his and the defenders head, spins the defender and his left peg catches it on the volley into the opposite top corner.

Never seen it again and to this day I do question if it really happened !!

Yeah for ages it was always a really shiiiiitty version or you had to find the highlights from that game.

I can't even approximately remember the game or opponent, but I vaguely remember a Messi assist in a Barcelona shirt where he threaded a 25-yard ball along the deck through an absolute forest of players.

If anyone ever bothered, they could make a Messi passing compilation as insanely any Laudrup or Maradona passing reel.

Speaking of which...Laudrup must surely have a number of assists on an all-time greats list.

You could say the same about Hazard as well,......pre RM of course !

That's a lovely assist. Torres and Gerrard were some partnership. For a couple of seasons, they were excellent and it could be argued that they were Gerrard's best years.
