I was fortunate enough to attend the World Cup for the first time and saw several matches, including the group stage, the round of 16, a quarterfinal, and the final on December 18, 2022. I bought my ticket outside the Lusail stadium in Doha at 5:40 PM on the day of the final. During the match, I didn't pay much attention until the 78th minute, as it seemed likely that Argentina would win. However, there was a man sitting next to me, and when Argentina was leading 2-0, I told him that the score would eventually be 2-2 and that the game would go into extra time. I also predicted that the final score would be 3-2 and then 3-3, with Argentina eventually winning on penalties. The man was amazed by my accurate predictions and asked me how I knew, thinking that I might be part of a betting syndicate. In reality, I am a fan of the Forest soccer team and based my predictions on our second leg match against Sheffield United on May 17, 2022, which I consider to be the greatest football match ever.
