I haven`t posted since the Aston Villa

defeat, knowing full well that the board would go into absolute meltdown over the result. Yes, it was a very poor performance, but frankly some of the comments since that match have been more than embarrassing. Usual suspects, not worth naming them, they know who they are, joined by an ever growing number of modern supporters who think every time Spurs lose a match, they have to sack the manager.

Some of the comments were embarrassing

Sack Conte
Get rid of Levy and Enic
Bring back Pochettino (you know the fella that won SFA)
No Spurs player would get in the Arsenal side (Eddie Nikiteh up front)
Newcastle have a much better side than Spurs (yeh Chris Wood up front)
Only a couple of players would get in the Palace side
Spurs will finish halfway down the league
Son is finished
Haaland is far superior to Kane (I mean seriously)
I want Spurs to lose to Palace, what supporter ever wants their team to lose a game. They clearly are not a supporter if they do.
etc, etc, etc

I mean WTF is up with our supporters. Spurs are a couple of points of 2nd in the Prem, last 16 of the CL and still in the FA Cup.

Yes the defence needs strengthening, we all know that, but FFS half the team is still to come back, including some of Spurs better players, so where do some of our supporters really think Spurs should be right now, 20 points clear at the top of the Prem?

Nothing wrong with good healthy debate, and that is what this forum is all about, but the absolutely nonsense spouted on the board the last few days has been just about the most embarrassing stuff I ever seen or heard in my 60 odd years of supporting our great club.

Nobody force anyone to support Spurs, but feel free to go and support Arsenal, Liverpool, Newcastle, Man City etc if you don`t think Spurs are worthy of supporting anymore. But just give us all a break from the constant moaning and whinging, and wanting managers sacked every five minutes.

If you cannot support Spurs through the bad times, then what is the point of your support?

May I remind you Sandy, as I know I'm one of the guys you're alluding to in your article, that you spent pretty much the whole of 2019 on the feckin whinge about Pochettino. Article after article, comment after comment, bashing after bashing. Most of us at the time recognised the dip we were going through as a consequence of a lack of funding in 2018 and a general weariness at the project being backed as a whole at board level. This was the same year though that we finished fourth and nearly won the CL. After four years of very nearly winning the league you'd think Poch had some good will in the bank from supporters, wouldn't you?! Not you. "POCH OUT" was the scream, day after day. You'd made your mind up.

So forgive me if I think this garbage you've just posted...

"But just give us all a break from the constant moaning and whinging, and wanting managers sacked every five minutes. If you cannot support Spurs through the bad times, then what is the point of your support?"

...doesn't garner any feckin sympathy from me. You're nothing but a joke hypocrite. Maybe you should have fecked off and supported someone else in 2019?

You're no better than the rest of us. We all want what's best for Spurs but some of us have different ideas how best that's achieved. There's nothing wrong with that. If those of us that want Conte out believe it's ultimately in the best interests of the club, then what's your feckin problem? I think your views are cretinous, as you do mine. Big deal. It's opinions.

Oh, and to pathetically crawl from whatever sewer you were hiding in just because we won away at Palace is just tragic. Would this article even exist if we'd lost? I doubt it. My guess is that you wrote a draft of this halfway through the second half, such was your excitement at getting one over the guys that don't happen to share your opinion.

One swallow doesn't make a summer, Sandy. Let's see where we are after the challenging set of fixtures over the next month or so, or see how Conte copes when the European games come thick and fast. I've a feeling the inconsistent performances will be back. We've had the sun shine through the clouds before and then disappear. I've every expectation that will happen again.

But more than anything, just let people have different opinions. You're the most divisive character on the board. Has anyone thrown you out? Of course not. They're reasonable.

Big difference is I never said I wanted Spurs to lose a game.

You did yesterday. What sort of supporter wants their club to lose.

Don`t lecture me fridge, you have been moaning constantly for months about every manager since Potless Poch, and you want back the manager that spunkkked money on

Janssen
N`Jie
N`Koudou
Sanchez
Ndombele
Lo Celso

plus all the other duds he brought to the club. Pochettino is half the problem, he wasted so much money on absolute rubbish, no wonder there is not a lot left.

Fortunately Conte has spent well, and with another couple of windows will build Spurs into a trophy winning team. More than anything Potless could do.

Now if you don`t mind Fridge, I don`t really want to be conversing with someone that wants Spurs to lose games.

I am filtering Fridge because any supporter that wants Spurs to lose I don`t want to be associated with on my articles.

I don`t want him putting up war and peace posts about how he wants Spurs to lose football matches.

I have had it with him. He is a complete and utter bell.

Sandy, remind me, did you not wish we had lost a game under Nuno?

Don't have that article or the comment, but you did right?

Sandy, you can’t run away every time things go south for spurs, like you do EVERY time, then criticise other spurs fans. Your as bad as anyone fella.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Smeg I have explained why I did not post for a few days, because of the absolutely clusterfeck of negativity that was going to land on the Spurs board. It does my head in. You yourself are always moaning, never have anything positive to say about the club you say you support.

I get everyone can post what they like, but I personally don`t have to get involved in all the nonsense of the past few days. That is the only reason I stayed away. I never ever stay away because Spurs lose, I support my club win, lose or draw.

Smeg, you have said many times you couldn`t care less about Spurs anymore, and yet here you are on the Spurs board having a pop at me, who does care very much about Spurs.

At least I’m here mate. And for the record I’ve been extremely positive about conte, but I believe my great club should have won more than two trophies in nearly 30 years, I support them by setting my standards high.

I haven’t run off every time spurs hit a crisis and created ten other accounts

Good luck to you fella 👍
