No Jonty not regretting Bielsa getting sacked because we’d be in the championship otherwise.Anyone want to debate if the manager should be sacked.I certainly couldn’t make a case for him. I doubt if anyone could.

I think managers need to be given time and although its a calendar year, I really feel manager needs at least a season.

In our managerial history, the following permanent managers didn't last a year, Heckingbottom, Christiensen, Monk, Evans, Rosler, Redfearn, Milanic, Hockaday, McAllister, Reid, Venables, Stein and Clough. I suppose you'd have given each and every one of them a year Jonty.

Clough should never have been appointed at all. He hated that Leeds team and Revie. Madness offering him the job.

The mistake the Leeds board made after Revie left was appointing Clough without Taylor.
Had Clough had Peter Taylor with him Leeds trophy winning history may have been a lot different.
Forest certainly benefited from that duos very successful partnership.

Whodunnit we might have good wingers and strikers but the use if we have a manager totally out of his depth and is clueless.

Should we have given Hockaday a full season he had a better win %.

You used the word delusional with another fan.

If your judging Jesse on the basis of him having one of the best attackers and wingers in the league, then sou should perhaps look in the mirror with those claims

So then it goes back to poor ownership decisions.

If you're going to9 appoint a manager you need to give them time and resources, looks like Leeds are doing just that with Marsch and I feel that is correct way to support a coach.

I dont know how they make their decisions on whom to appoint, but we have made some shocking appointments and we ALSO have not supported some of these appointments at all.
