If he continues does he get support?
He said after the last game he needed support. Do we go for a new u21 manager? Does he get more temporary backroom staff to lend him a hand?
So many questions that don't seem to have been answered yet. Not like its important or anything I suppose!

6 points from the next 2 games will define our season. Think its between Everton and ourselves for the 3rd spot so we've got to smash them! We just need a change of luck in front of goal, we've got the squad to kick on, no excuses!

I think it’s out of a few clubs - forest have ridden their luck - will lose their next two - if we win then they go below us
----------------------------------------------------------------------
If we had just managed a draw against them the table would look much better. Really think Forest are likely to go down too.

Was looking at Cellino's record since selling up the other day, he has appointed 16 "permanent" managers in the 6 years since he went, of late, between managers, Pep has stepped up to the plate. Of course that has meant he has done more weeks as head coach than some of the permanents. It doesn't hurt to have a reliable deputy who knows the club and the players to act up as required but I don't see Skubala as taking on the role other than as a stop gap.

Good pros will bring the players together and either say we have too do our bit and play for this coach, or if they intensely dislike him, complain to board.
I think the former will happen, I think they all know situation they're in, all know they have to work hard at this and ultimately need someone to lead.
That could be Skabula, could be anyone, but frost things is togetherness, which they already had under Marsch, they liked him, I'm confident we have enough team spirit there for them to rally around any incumbent at this point.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Is it not the case that some players liked Marsch whereas others were not so sold.

Losses at Villa and Forest were costly, I don’t think Villa will go down, but a couple of wins and we drag a few others into the mix. After getting a draw at OT, I expect at the very least a point at Goodison.

After watching Skubala in his presser, it's hard to feel confident. He looked shattered. Surely our media people can get him a razor and some shaving foam before he fronts up? The tics and twitches didn't help either. Must have picked them up from Marsh. Dyche, on the other hand, looks like he's just gotten into his favourite Ford Escort and is off to Donny to see AC DC.
There is no doubt, these games will define the rest of the season for us. Our last four games, just to repeat, are City (a), Toon (h), West Ham (a) and Spurs (h). By the end of April, we need to be at least 6 points ahead of the drop, in my view.
Winning is a habit. It breeds self belief and confidence. We have spent 170 million quid. When is it going to buy us a win? This weekend would be good.

It's funny how two people can see things completely differently.... I watched Skubala's interview and I honestly didn't see a nervous nellie or someone shattered or deshevelled or with ticks out of the ordinary like Gazza or Rainman and that's why I'm surprised you saw what you say you saw in Skubala's appearance and body language MFM.
I thought Skubala handled himself well and was perflectly presentable with what looked like some designer goatie stubble.
He came across with having a very likeable nature which I can imagine the players responding well to and for 40 years of age in front of the world's media I thought he was clear, articulate, confident calm and composed with all his answers.
So like I say it's funny how people see and read stuff into people's conduct in front of the camera that others don't but I'll agree with you on Dyche he is a cool cat and I like the cut of his jib and I hope Saturday tea time we don't live to regret not giving him a chance of the Leeds hot seat before Everton snapped him up.

I like Scubes (as he spells it) quite a bit. Seems to be
likable, straight forward, and someone the players are
listening to. All good there.
Negative of this situation is the gamble. That's on the
club. Scubas, I'm sure, will get support from the fans
no matter what. For all our sakes I hope he's brilliant.

Paddy seems taken with Skubes,Scubes,Skoobs 🤔😂
Bamford told BBC Radio Leeds: "Things have changed. The atmosphere was always good here but I feel like with Skoobs it is relaxed now.
"The lads love him."
An Everton win on Saturday would take them out of the relegation zone, with Leeds taking their place in the bottom three.
Bamford continued: "He has taken the pressure away and he's put his own imprint on things but also included the players within the discussions.
"The fact he got us so organised against Manchester United in the two games, especially the home game, we looked really good. That's just made the board more confident and it's put an extreme amount of confidence from the players in him.
"We knew him from the Under-23s anyway and liked him and had seen him around the building, but now we realise he is a good manager and he's just getting his chance now. I'm really happy for him."
If he can bring us the Win, why not give him a chance
