It’s going to look like amateur hour if we held off signing any midfielders, last summer, just so that we could get Bellingham this summer and then he ends up at City or Real.

We’ll have sacrificed and entire season for what?

No player is bigger than the club but what on earth we done with waiting for bellingham who prob won't even sigh and even if he did we still short of at least one more cm and cb.

What will happen if he gets injured for a long period. We are back to milner hendo fab lol

I think Liverpool would be a bad move for him. You can say I'm biased I don't care but the reality is that while Liverpool have been mainly excellent for the past 5 years it's been an exception to the norm aand this season there are huge signs that norm is returning.

Unless the Qataris or Saudis buy Liverpool it's difficult to see them consistently competing at the top.

There aren't many Klopp's around who could have gotten this success at Liverpool.

Very good player, one of the best youngsters around, though not as good as the likes of pedri and musiala. Seems to have the desire to go right to the top too, so would be a great buy for any top team.

just the latest english player to be overhyped far beyond his ability.

sancho was not treated well by utd. a lot of folk writing off a guy that has a lot more about him than he's been able to show.

I'd not be using him as a yardstick to beat another player.

Clearly has ability. He’s looked quite slow in the PL and you have to wonder if he has the desire to be a top player. Been utterly woeful for us, but the raw material is potentially there.

Agreed there's definitely talent there but he doesn't look quick enough.

I've said before he often reminds me of Pogba. Looks a fine player when the team is on top but hides when the tough gets going.

On Sunday he started pretty well but as soon as we went down to 10 men you just knew he would be one that will hide.

I hope I'm wrong but I don't seem him making it at United right now.

Bellingham appears to have the skills and drive to become a top mf. hes not yet and hes not done it in the PL yet. As we know, the german league, like the spanish, is poor away from the top 2 teams. So it remains to be seen, but id take a punt if poss.
