He had a very fine cameo today, an assist for our 4th goal & overall he played really well & looked very sharp.
I think we rotate him in a bit more & try to keep him in the summer, I doubt that we could get someone better than him to compete with Zinchenko.
Kieran Tierney…

Doubt it will be Emile. Still need to respect the HG rules in the PL and the club trained rules in the CL.

Tierney is top player, shame he will probably leave, but he is great option to have

No idea why some would like him sold. Zinchenko can't play every game and he was pretty injury prone as well.
Having KT gives us a different option which imo u need. U need 4 top FBs and imo we currently have this with White, Zinchenko, Tommy and KT.

We need to free up space in the squad and KT has started 4 PL games.
He can't be happy, he has a market and would make us decent money.
As soon as Arteta made it clear Elneny and Holding will be here next season you have to start looking elsewhere.
Tierney, Nketiah or Balogun and Nelson are the obvious picks.

But if we sell him we then need to go and get a replacement of similar quality.
If a silly bid came in then I would maybe understand but the figures going round is 25Mil which is nothing. Unless the offer is 35Mil plus then I'd just keep him.
Next season we have CL, PL, FA Cup and LC. Plenty of games and if Zinchenko gets injured he's a top replacement.

Tomiyasu has started as many times at LB in the PL as him.
He simply doesn't fit Artetas ideals, so what is the point of keeping him?

I agree that Tierney is least type of player Arteta likes. He is old school running full back, whilst Arteta likes more of creative ones, but it's not bad to have different options

If we did sell Tierney it wouldn't surprise me if Tomi was first back up. Then you have Kiwior who people say can do the role. Xhaka, who will hopefully be upgraded on in LCM, would also be available. And the possibility of signing a u21 full back (we were heavily linked with Fresneda in January - a right back though) who already has senior experience.

I get zinchenko fits artetas ideals more, but I've been very irritated Tierney hasn't been seeing more game time.
He should have started the 2nd leg Vs sporting. That zinchenko type of full back just doesnt work in European comps.
