All week I have been hearing from people (including ex-players) explain to me how Arsenal were nailed on to win this game, some were predicting a thrashing.
I didn't believe it, it seemed obvious to me that such a game was unlikely, Liverpool rested 6 players for the game against Chelsea to prepare for us & their record at home in the PL is extremely good. The chances that at some point the Liverpool crowd were not going to get involved was extremely remote - & then it was ALWAYS going to be an intense full on scrap. 🤷♂️
Some of these "experts" can't find their ass with both hands...🤣
This is why I ignore so-called experts

rested 6 players is moot arsenal rested their entire squad since they didnt play?

highly doubt it was to "prepare" for Arsenal either, why would it? just how the games fell playing 3 games in 8 games, lot of the players "rested" probably were dropped due to bad form too rather than rested just for Arsenal.

It’s not moot, you just don’t seem to understand what I am saying, there is no way Klopp was prepared to risk losing to Arsenal in front of The Kop, that’s why he prioritised the game.
It had nothing to do with whether Arsenal played midweek or not because that is self-evident & wasn’t related to the point I was making.
To suggest the players were dropped due to poor form makes you look a bit uninformed & silly.
If you don’t agree with me it’s OK, I don’t mind.

It’s Liverpool at Anfield against one of the big teams, you were never going to roll over

Nah no way can he play same 11 all three games. Was never gonna happen. And besides alot of your fans were delighted Trent was playing. It was just funny that it was Trent who ended up making one of your defenders look like a tool to set up the winner rather than the other way around at the end.
