How do you know until he's given a chance, up until now he's played under two bang average manager's for club and country. If Arteta wants him he must be confident he can work with him.

Definitely not but thats English tax unfortunately.

I think for the premier league, rice would be a very good addition

Can see us signing a forward and a midfielder, after that it’s just replacing outgoing players. Tierney, Nelson and Holding will probably all leave. Balogun and Sambi are definitely off in the Summer too.

Rice is better than Xhaka. A guy like Xhaka won’t take us to next level, whatever that maybe. He’s got other qualities that the team does need however

Rice wont take us to the next level either. Xhaka maybe take us to the title. We will see.

I'm not seeing the Rice hype, maybe it's the price that's putting me off him, I don't think it's justified to blow our whole summer budget on him

We need another top CB to cover Saliba too
