The Sega Master System was a revolutionary piece of kit that was at least seven times more powerful than an early 80's pocket calculator.

As you can see it was quite the looker and the control pads were basically plastic bricks that hurt your hands after prolonged playing. This was the version of the Master System that I owned, there was a redesign but only cowards and despicable people bought that one.
I covered my Master System in awesome stickers that I got in some gaming magazine which made my Master System look the business.
I demand whimsical melancholic comments on the Master System's glory now please.

Mine had sonic built into it. Bloody Sonic 2 ruined everything.

You had Sonic built into yours!? Didn't like the Sonic games on the Master System as they were a bit crap in comparison to the Megadrive ones.

Sonic on the master system is the best sonic game ever made. No game since that has given the same authentic message of teabagging defeating Dr Robotnic.

What about Sonic Spinball? Sonic being paddled by flippers......it's a masochistic wonder.

Was Knuckles a guy or a bird? I never actually knew. Looked like a tranny.
