I personally think they're decent numbers for a first season in a new country, new league.

I still don't see why this players was worth £70m +
on what basis was he valued at a such a high figure? This is up there with Declan rice daylight robbery ?

The issue with the Hojlund and Nunez comparisons are that Nunez only got 9 league goals in his first season which wasn’t a disaster but they had Salah to take up the slack.

We’re crying out for a 20 league goals a season striker so if he ends up with just 9 league goals and se continue to suffer goal scoring issues like we did last season it’ll be clear we should have brought in someone else (even if we did still get Hojlund and used him as a squad option until he was ready to be our main striker).

Yeah the goals Hojlund is likely yo bring will negatevthose scored by Martial last season, so no real improvement.

Let's just hope Rashford has another good season.
