We play Forest at home this weekend which you’d think (and trust me, I know the danger of making predictions) but you’d think we could get a fairly routine win on the board. Of course it’ll probably be some fraught 1-0 win for us with multiple Forest chances if I had to guess but wouldn’t it be great to get a 3-0 home win with a Rashford hattrick? Go into the Arsenal game with some semblance of form.
The team I suspect will be picked is…
Onana
AWB Varane Martinez Shaw
Casemiro
Bruno Eriksen
Antony Rashford Sancho
Awonyi and Brennan J will be the threats but hopefully we continue our good home form from last season.

Hopefully true

I'd start him and bring him off after an hour if needs be. We need a boost going into this as the club feels flat as a pancake right now

If Martial is fit to start for 60 mins then he has to, if only to be able to move Rashford back out the the left. (He's played 2 BCD friendlies and 20 mins or so vs Spurs in between so I'd hope so...)
Hojlund should hopefully then be on his way back when Martial gets injured in a couple of games.

This. One of several key problems we have at the moment is that the ball doesn't stick at the CF position. Martial is far better at playing with his back to goal than Rashford and is more patient on the ball in general so in theory should help us to stop gifting possession back to the opposition so quickly.
I don't think it matters who we are playing against the moment; if we give the ball away after a couple of passes and don't press with the correct intensity at the right moments and shape/positioning then we'll be vulnerable to the spaces created as a consequence.
This aggressive 4-3-3 is a high stakes system that leaves little room for error and we're clearly seeing teething problems that will hopefully iron themselves out with more work, time and fitness (and signings).

Id rather he played Frank Stapleton or Big Norman than Martial

It wasn’t routine for Arsenal, so why would it be routine for us?
I think there will be very few easy wins the in the PL for us.

I have been saying this for a few years. We have to earn every point in this division. We are no longer good enough to phone it in and get away with it. Not consistently anyway.

They'll probably park the mother of all buses at OT. But then again, if they don't, they might fancy their chances against a utd team that only looks dangerous in fits and spurts.

Them having a go at us probably suits us more. Rashford needs space to be effective.

With a forward thinking GK and quick forwards, it makes sense for Forest to sit back.

Forest will pose a threat I think. Another tough game.
Have we signed anyone yet?
Can’t see us getting anyone decent in before the window closes
