a health warning. Not for the meek and mild. They rarely make it easy. Today was no exception.
Probably the worse performance of the season, not helped by idiotic Bissouma getting sent off, but somehow they managed to get over the line again. Just as they did against Sheffield United and Liverpool. This can only go on for so long though. They need to be far more clinical when the chances come.
Pleased with the three points, but need to control games much better.

Spurs could really be in business this season, they would expect to win each fixture between now and City away in December.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
To a degree but it never works out like that. I’ve got a horrible feeling that Chelsea are beginning to click under Poch. It could be the worst possible time to play them.

Fridge, Chelsea have hardly played a top side yet. Wins over Burnley and Fulham are hardly clicking into gear. They have had an incredibly easy set of fixtures to start the season, Liverpool at home first game of the season aside.

Great result but I’d like to see Gil given a run now. Richy for me is utterly useless. I’m so done with that clown. He’s soooooo shiiiiiit.
There’s a little bit of David Silva in Gil and I’m just hoping he gets a chance to prove himself. I can’t even look at Richy now. He does my head in that much. Everyone seems to have it in for Bissouma but before he got sent off, yet again him and Maddison were our best players.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Not sure supporters have it in for Bissouma. But it was an incredibly stupid way to get a 2nd yellow. And his teammates dug him out of a big hole today.

I agree with Sandy, chelsea have won a couple of games against weak opposition. They look a bit better, but i fully expect us to roll them over at a packed Spurs stadium. What an opportunity to keep our form up.

1 game at a time, we have a Monday night game at home to Fulham and they will have Paulhinha and we won’t have Biss.
I’m in Cyprus for that one, so will effectively be a 10pm kick off for me

Lovely. I was in Lanzarote with my family a few weeks back and saw the Spurs/Arsenal in a beach bar full of Spurs. Nothing better than being on holiday watching Spurs.

Agreed. Bring on a sunny holiday is a brilliant environment to watch football in.
