They’ve actually got really lucky here Everton and would have snapped the FA’s hand off. A 10 point deduction in the previous 2 seasons would have been the end of them - this year they stay up with ease.
Their only issue is they’ve played a lot of the easier teams at home already and an injury to DCL could see them struggle again - But Luton, Sheff U and Burnley are faaacking atrocious and Bournemouth are pants as well

There was talk of the 3 clubs that went down last year sueing Everton if they were found guilty, not sure how realistic the chances of that happening are?.

I don’t know how much Everton could get sued for, but I do agree that they are very lucky to get the deduction this season with the clubs that have come up being so weak.
Everton are playing quite well now & they should still stay up. Of course injuries are key here & as has been pointed out the fitness of the glass-like DCL is crucial.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Their remaining home fixtures are brutal though - it will likely go down to the final few games again.
The other danger of this is that it gives those sides adrift another reason to potentially splash cash in Jan to try and stay up whereas Everton won’t be able to

Meh. Looked at the table and they're still only 2 points off being out of the relegation zone so I don't think they're in that much trouble. Their form is better than the rest of the bottom 8. Probably not going to make any difference in all honesty.

Hence why it stinks it has taken so long to find them guilty. Burnley and Leicester have rock solid cases to sue.

Everton do have some very tough home games coming up, but their final four home games are Burnley, Nottingham Forest, Brentford & Sheffield Utd - that’s pretty good.

Morning Everton fans.
I'm sure all of us here at Derby can empathise with your situation. You see other clubs getting away with the same "misdemeanours" you have been charged with. As fans we pay our money to the club we support and in the end we're the ones that suffer.
Its possible to overcome a 10 point deduction and not get relegated. We would have done it when Wayne Rooney was in charge...but then when the points deduction turned into 21 points it was a bridge too far.
You have a good manager. Keep the faith. Cheers. Terry
