Ladies and gentlemen of the forum,
As we approach the end of yet another year, I have decided that it is time for some much needed 606 rest and recovery. As most of you have noticed, I am no longer a full time member of the board; this is necessary to protect my business and personal interests in the real world, as well as my mental wellbeing.
Currently Q4 is already ridiculously busy for me, work wise, and with our business growth strategy I will be pretty much snowed under until the end of Q2 2024. Ambition has always been one of my strong suits, though unfortunately there are often not enough hours in the day. Balancing all of my commitments proves extremely difficult.
I also plan to complete on another 2 investment properties (to rent) before March, as well as opening another office for one of my clients in Spinningfields; it will be the third site opening I’ve done for them and as you can imagine, it takes an immense amount of time.
Fortunately, for people like me in 2023, one’s mental health is a subject that is no longer a taboo. With the amount of pressure I am under on a daily basis (I often work 7 days a week), it is inevitable that my mental health does get affected.
Thankfully, gone are the days when throwaway replies like ‘man up’ and ‘grow a pair’ are the standard responses to someone’s troubles. We must all prioritise our mental health above anything else and I implore all members of the website to do so.
With that said, I would like to officially announce that I will be taking a mental health break from Ja606 for at least the rest of this season. I wish you all well, but there comes a time when you must take a step back. It’s not possible to juggle so many balls in the air all at once, so unfortunately Ja606 has to be put on hold.
After 12 years, I feel I have taken this forum as far as I can.
I wish you all a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year for 2024.

I was never involved in that competition as per instructions from Admin to Boris. Also the fact that I am no longer a full time poster.
Boris was told he would be banned if he included me by Adders, so yet again I managed to control the competition like a puppet on a string

I thank you very much for this off market approach. I am often headhunted for property transactions, so this is no different to me.
Whalley Range isn’t an area I would buy in though. Too low rent and full of schummy people. It’s got ‘tenant in arrears’ written all over it. The area is a bit too ‘vote remain’ for me also.
The properties I am purchasing are also closer to the city centre too, so higher rent and better class of tenant. One is on Chester Rd and the other just off Ordsall Lane.
It’s where the big coin is, unlike Whalley Range.
Who will you list with? Don’t do Purple Bricks mate, they robbed me of about £1200 and did furck all! Criminals!!

Surprised to hear a legal eagle like yourself signed up with purple bricks, you have to pay them regardless of whether they sell your house. Imagine to incentivise your sales floor excel in their jobs like that? You wouldn't in a million years would you.
It's Wilbraham Road end, so Chorlton spill over. As a cash buyer you can make £800 profit a month of the rent easily. Let me know anyway, as I say I am more than happy to see it go to yourself for 20k over what will be the asking price as you are such iconic member of the site.
