But yes independent regulator definitely needed.

Even though the majority of PL clubs votes against NUFC being able to sign Saudi clubs on loan or whatever, they didn't have a two thirds majority so have allowed it to continue?

Needing two thirds majority in a vote is stupid and allows for all this to go on

Let's not forget that came a few years after you being done by UEFA for the first time along with PSG and the then president Infantino let you both off with a squad reduction charge and minor fines.
