I had a few beers this afternoon but wouldn't say I was drunk.

Sick to death of Bruno Rashy copping most of the blame. That's all it is mate. 👍

Whatever you think of Bruno, we need a firing Bruno in the team. Currently, we just can't afford to leave him out on a long-term basis, so we need him to get his mojo back. By all means, take the captaincy off him, but if the players show any kind of form, then Bruno has to be part of that.

In a similar way, the same applies to Rashford. Those 2 have annoyed all of us so much recently, but deep down we won't get anywhere for the rest of the season without those 2 being on form.

True.

The problem with Bruno is that if he does not produce something then his performances are generally a 5 out of 10 or below that.

That means you are carrying a player for most of the season,.

He is working on the principle that Bruno would have given the ball away more and the dips would have finally got a goal from one of their breakaways.

The flip side is Bruno could have had one of his productive games and we ended up winning it.

Option one is more likely.

Surely it’s a case of ETH not exactly tearing up trees and the same with most of the players. Then we have the mess above.

We’ve changed players plenty, we’ve changed managers plenty. We are yet to change upstairs.

I missed this. SE in his digging a hole mode is uncontrollable. How can someone who wants ETH out for regularly playing out of form players like Rashford and Bruno and simply incapable ones like Eriksen and Antony rather than trying someone else are now trying to push the blame away from him for having to not play them for a few games (all against his will tbh).

Bruno is a95% bad/5%brilliant player. The constant indulgence by ETH means even when they look so woeful, he somehow doubles down. He makes sure their form gets to the very bottom before thinking ok maybe I should "rest" him. Have you noticed even rashford has not complained about his benching? Most fans too. Trust me, it would be the same with bruno. You cannot ever believe any player is bigger than the team. You certainly should not make any player actually believe that. That point is where they become their worst versions of themselves.

If Bruno came straight in for one of Amrabat/Mainoo then yeah. But that would've been on ETH.

If Bruno was to come in and play the role McTominay did (i.e. stationed high, almost next to Hojlund at times) then I don't see how he would have been detrimental. In fact I saw at least two occasions in the first half where McTominay squandered a very good counter attacking opportunity - once by miscontrolling a pass, and another where he fell over his own feet. Put Bruno in those situations and it's a different outcome.

In reality his absence probably did help us, as I'm fairly sure he wouldve played with McTominay had he been available. But as I said that would've been on the manager's set up. Bruno's mere presence doesn't stop us playing how we did yesterday as long as the set up around him is right, as it was for McTominay.
