Sven-Goran Erikssen

Sven has sadly been diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer and has said he might only have a year at most to live and possibly much less time.

I hope his family have as much time as possible with him over however long he is with them.
It obviously depends on what stage the cancer is at and what potential treatment he can have.

Sadly I lost my wife last August from this horrible disease, from diagnosis to her passing was only 3 weeks and 3 days. She was diagnosed with Stage 4 and it had metastasised to her liver and ribs.

The only positive I can take from this is that her period of pain and suffering was not too long. If Sven indeed does last a year then I hope his pain and suffering are managed well enough to make life tolerable, although this might be unlikely.

I wish him and his family all the best and that they cherish the time they will get with each other, however long it might be.
