Garnacho

Some player, can’t believe he’s only 19

Ronaldo 2.0?

Am I wrong to feel like he doesn't have anywhere near the ability of Ronaldo? He's technically decent, but at this point I'd say Garnacho's primary assets are his athletic and psychological profiles. It's very encouraging how he has grown as a player this season and I hope he stays at United for years, but at this point I don't see him displacing the likes of Rodrygo or Valverde at Real Madrid, let alone Vinicius - and there's another wide forward they are supposed to be interested in.

Good player, not even a patch on Ronaldo. Next question.

RR is right. Hes not techical like Ronaldo, but he is athlectic, direct and eats up the groind when travelling with the ball. A bit like a Kanchelskis was.You get out of your seat when he is on the ball. Something I havent seen at Old Trafford since a young Rashford broke through.

Its been reported widely that Madrid have noted his progress at United and is on their radar. If Garnacho wants to play for Real Madrid (as many S Americans growing up aspire too) then I am sure he will do sooner rather than laters. Unless United can change his mind of course

Hes too good for United under the current set up, manager and players around him that is for sure. His talent sticks out like a sore thumb amongst that lot. And we could see what he thought about been hooked off for Mason Mount last night by Ten Hag whilst on a hat trick. It was a terrible substitution that handed the game to Chelsea.

I don't think hooking Garnacho handed Chelsea the game. Garnacho had put in a huge shift and I think was starting to tire. Mount noticeably added some bite to our press, won the ball, closed off passing angles, forced Chelsea to 'go home' several times, and was quite tidy in possession.

And yet, he is often sacrificed on the right side in order to please Rashford.

You literally blame Rashford for everything.

He got dropped today and we were 2-0 down in no time. Have you ever stopped to think that maybe it's not him that's the problem?

Also Rashford saved Eriks backside last season let's not forget. He'd have been sacked ages ago but for Rashford's 4 month golden spell.

Rashford came on last night and dilly dallied round like his usual indolent self.

That isn’t the reason we lost though. We lost because Dalot let him man run in behind and then, as usual, we capitulated as a team.

We lost because United stopped attacking and decided to face chelsea for the last 10 mins plus 8 mins to try and see the game out. LOL ....A recipe for disaster for this Man United. There is only one defence for this team and that is to keep on attacking. We are that bad at defending.

It was aching for Rash to come when he did the amount of space behind Chelseas line. But we stopped attacking and offered Rashford nothing to run on to

And his body language was clear that he wanted to stay on. Why take your best player out and the best outlet on the night if you want to win a game.
