Hopefully there’s a decent sell on clause for when Benfica mug someone off for him.

He’ll be off to PSG for €60m next summer when they get bored of Nuno Mendes.

Why do we sell so poorly? Surely if he’s good enough for Benfica he’s worth at least £15-20m?

João Neves (CM) and António Silva (CB) are the two kids we’d want.

Both have release clauses up around €100m already though.

A few quid in the kitty, and a decent sell on, for a player that was never gonna make it at United, at least in the short term.

We have a big back clause, matching rights and a sell on clause.

If he’s any good we will do well out of it either way.
