IMO Ivan Toney is overated, the pens pad his stats a bit.

Tbf, Penders is staying at Genk for the season - it's one of those, hopefully he turns out great, but if not, we won't lose much on him (£17 million for a big club prob isn't deemed that much these days). It's the type of thing most clubs are doing, altho Chelsea do take it to the next level.

Rumours online now that we are in for Toney. No idea if they are credible.
