Vastly underrated player, alot better on the ball than alot give him credit.
Sadly some fans could never see past the few mistakes in the early days, and were desperate for him to make a mistake so could say, I told you he wasnt any good.
Same when he got made captain, some very weird behaviour

Yes indeedy👍. Sadly, anonymous online criticism is the norm. I doubt many would repeat such criticism in person. Oh well, each to their own I guess.

Great servant to the club…testimonial?
Surprised he hasn’t gone to Saudi, MLS, or even Hull! Maybe Gruev has played a prank on him. 😂

Great captain and player. Will be fondly remembered.
Hope he has success in Sofia

One of the sweetest left feet for a CB. Could hit cracking
passes. Great Captain. And one of my favourite players
during his time. Excelled under Messiah.
Wish him all the best for the near future. And hope he's
back at the club in some capacity in the longer term.

Bearing in mind his 10 years service after joining from Chesterfield, strong argument he has been pound for pound, LUFC's best buy and player - Superb Captain.

Totally agree a great fella for what he's done off the pitch for us, no doubt.
but not sure he was 'vastly underrated'.... he played well lower end prem, top end championship which is what we were, but for him to be 'vastly underrated' suggests you think he could of / should of played higher... I just don't think that's true at all..
decent player, solid enough but never a world beater, never 'vastly' underrated at all.
agree he got a lot grief online, which is a disgrace in its self..
lets not forget he had his flaws too tho, as much as I like him lets not be totally blinkered
