Marcus Rashford is 26 years old.

This means we must endure another 4 years before he accepts being a bench warmer.

There has been certain moments today (even when we were down to 10 men) when he just hasn't bothered to chase a lost ball. Or chase a loose ball.

Rashford is only interested in football when either he has the ball or if one of his team mates is surging forwards toward the oppo pen area.

Rashford has no interest if the opposition has the ball.

He's a lovely guy, done a lot to support his community. He's remained 'loyal' to us in terms of not angling for a move away. There was the PSG thing a year or two ago but he's seemed quite happy here.

As much as I respect his contribution to society during the Covid years I'm really done with him as a United player.

I'm gutted he's still 26 and so will be with us and playing regularly for another 4 or so more years. My hope is he's sold and continues to be paid lots elsewhere because he's a nice guy (Though should be banned from driving I've heard).

I want the best for him but I also don't want him to play for us anymore. I'm fed up of his performances

You are effectively playing with one player less when he is on your team.
Looks like eth is all about done. Expecting him to be fired soon.
Hopefully, the next manager has balls to drop rashford and Bruno for the greater good of the team

He’s not good enough unfortunately. He could be an ok squad player but that’s it.

Rashford no matter what his salary is he must be dropped going forwards. He needs to be a bench player at most.

Something toxic about the situation currently

It's depressing because I'm sure 8 years ago he was a future super star. But 8 years on he and we all know he is a hit and miss player.

It's not good enough.

Gashford has not improved his game in around 5 years

Pointed out years ago he was never going to be good enough for anything other than non-epl games, cup games or as a sub.

But too much hyperbole, too much defence with the old '"he's got potential"bollocks, too much crap about 'local lad' academy graduate etc., etc has meant the trees have hidden the wood.

Describing him as a journeyman is flattering - after all,
every club needs such players, even aspirational clubs. But he is SO average, and has been for over 7 years now, that he could have been replaced at any time by about 40 other better players from other teams in the EPL. Indeed, even from within our own club.

What's more worrying perhaps is that, in the bigger picture, he's not the only example of such inadequacy regularly turning out over the past ten seasons. AND, to compound that issue even further, other, far better players have been shown the door ...
