EtH "the Martial" of coaches

Has to do something extraordinary in training, only to get hammered match after match, and still keep his job due to "potensial".

For the very last time, I'm out

Just seen what G Nev said on Sky.

Forget about everthing that has been said. What Chris Eriksen said after Twente after coming out of the dressing room and admitting that United players didnt seem to want it as much as Twente. CE has been in hundreds of elite football dressing rooms and for him to feel the need to say that says all you need to know about this set of players and the lack of motivation they get at United from management

Its a busted flush United as Rangnick told us and that culture hasnt changed yet. INEOS or not.

15 of this squad are his own signings though. We can't keep saying it's the player throwing another manager under the bus. He's bought 2/3 of a brand new team and none of them have worked out really. Question marks on most of them in fact.

It's not the culture. Bad signings and bad coaching leads to bad results.

It's the manager. It's then always coming and thinking certain players are too big to fail. The next manager has to be radical in his mindset.

That's why we cannot do a Southgate or big name manager. You need a mentally radical one with no respect to any player. The first thing a new manager needs to do is bench the first 4 big names and make a point.

Fact that. We need not a mentally radical manager, but a mental one.

Get big Duncan Ferguson in and watch those snowflakes perform like their lives are at stake, which they will be with Dunc

No serious manager is going to want to come near this club for a good while yet whilst we are in such a state. It will be ones over the hill looking for a big pay day or younger managers who might not be ready.

The very best in Europe aren't going to leave stable clubs behind to come here right now. It's career suicide.

I think the opposite.

No one is going to think worse of someone that comes here and doesn’t succeed.

Everything to gain with the new structure in place, backing in the market, completely shiyte so far this season and the chance to be the one to turn it around.

If not, leave, get another job and it’s just a case of us being a complete mess still.

The time for best in Europe is gone. Someone very young, someone who is under no illusion of what he's facing. Perform or get the rack off. No experienced manager can do this.

I don't think managers would avoid United. Indeed, many managers would see it as a challenge and they'd also know if they did well they'd get tremendous support from the fans.
