Very big result for Ange and Spurs. Outplayed and wiped out United in their own "fortress".
Ange got the tactics right, on the front foot for the whole of the game, and excellent link up play with some great movements.
Add to that a good fair goalkeeping from Vic. A performance that had desire, strength and goals all over it.
Now, do we change the formation and break the rhythm up or keep the same side for Ropey league?
Can we actually operate with almost 2 sides - one for Ropey league and one for PL?
I know City do it successfully but they have top quality deep in the squad.
Shame we don't have Djedd for Ropey league, because the wing backs are the ones I would rotate most are they are up and dow the pitch on our system.
I thought the cameo appearance of Mickey Moore was surprisingly good. The lad has no fear and has talent.
Wouldn't mind seeing him in Ropey league get some game time.
I am still unconvinced with Werner. He has lighning speed but not able to finish moves when he is relied upon is a big let down in this system.
All in all, a a very good win and keeping the momentum going.

I always remember that penalty that Howard Webb gave Utd at OT. We were 2-0 up after about 60 minutes and Webb gifted them that goal which he later admitted was one of his worst decisions as a ref. It sparked the Utd comeback. 2009 i think.
What was that stat about penalties against Utd at OT? 3 spot kicks at OT from something like 1994-2004.
For all Hafi's bleating about a refereeing conspiracy, it's just karma and we're all loving the pay back

It was a clear Red card. Studs up straight down a players shin. No excuse that he slipped. The 2nd movement clearly showed intent with studs up.
Not sure why everyone is arguing about it. Zero defence in my book.
