At which point are you fans going to finally force your club to ban him? 2 years later and hes still playing…crazy.

I think the biggest issue with false accusations is that they drive up the narrative that certain people like Luka or Back4 have, which then leads people to think there's no point reporting their cases.
Honestly I find the whole thing to be a bit of a minefield but the lack of empathy that some people come at it with is astounding to me.

You just need to remember that no matter how much of a cant someone can seem, at the end of the day they are still perfectly killable. Preferably over a long drawn out period where you make them think they are going insane and they end up killing themselves in an ironic justice

Yup, that's the level of person I am dealing with.
Good day to you.

Yeah this is true. But there’s many women that are perfectly aware of how little cases actually get prosecuted and feel that it’s not worth the trauma of having to relive it in a public sphere.

In most circumstances, if someone is investigated for such accusations, the usual process in a work place is employees are suspended pending the investigation.
There are 4 allegations against Player X.
His club have had no issue playing him while being investigated. Therefore if suspended and found innocent then, logically, they would have no issue reinstating him. SO its not such a career killer that some are making out.
If found guilty, they probably have means to recover pay from the suspension period and his career would rightly be over.

interesting, so Spurs are in a title race (I know it's ab it over the top) and a random woman accuses Son of rape. Should Son be suspended until the investigation is over?.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
100 per cent yes.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
If the player isn't legally allowed to be name though, suspending him effectively does name him. Does that then open the club up to legal issues?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
The 2 are different. One is a legal matter, the other an moral and employment issue.
The club will have known about the investigation, they then have a choice and not bound either way.

400% yes if there are 4 separate allegations against him.

Yet they would buy a £50m player under investigation for secial assault. Interesting.

Not sure any part of that sentence is correct. But it's a good try

So Spurs didn't buy Bissouma while under investigation? Interesting...
