Forest v Spurs - Match Thread

As Christmas just about draws to a close we have the real delight to look forward to…the visit of those high scoring / high conceding injury depleted spoods.

Brentford:

The Good: Never in doubt after our first goal. .

Bad: The ripples of polite applause by those twee twits in London.

The Ugly: Mr.Frank.

Special Mention(s): Marauding Murillo!!!

The Last Time we played Spurs (A) L3-1 A Murillo OG, a Wood equaliser and two goals by VDV and Porro.

Sels

Williams Omo Murillo Aina

Yates Danilo
Elanga MGW CHO

Wood

Proposed Line-up:

Sels

Aina Milenkovic Murillo Morato Williams

MGW Anderson

Elanga Wood

 CHO

Subs: Miguel, Boly, Moreira, Moreno, JWP, Yates, Silva, Sosa, Awoniyi

Injuries: Danilo & Sangare

Not selected: Omobamidele & Toffolo

Suspended: Dominguez

League Form:
 Spurs - the last six:

W4-0 @ City
D1-1 v Fulham
L1-0 @ Bournemouth
L4-3 v Chelsea

W5-0 @ Southampton
L6-3 v Liverpool

In their last six…GF 16 GA 12. Unbelievable Jeff!!

Prediction:

Will the real Spurs please stand-up? Although…no-one including Ange knows who that is!

Bentacur is back for them, but they still have a makeshift back four with VDV still out and the most patient man in football (Spence) helping out.

I can see goals in this! Hopefully the majority are ours!!

3-2 to Forest and 3rd by tea-time.

Final Words:

Big Ange missed Christmas dinner in Australia, but might be back sooner than he thinks.

We can win this!!

COYRs!!!!

Surprisingly I'm expecting to win today so we probably won't!

What do you lads think of Spence?

He's responded really well, after looking well and truly out in the cold.

What a game this promises to be. Nuno will be out for revenge.

Chris Wood needs a goal, missing too many chances and making the wing decisions.

All to play for then in the second half.

Who would have thought we would be pressurising Arsenal to keep winning?
