This man should never be allowed to ref another PL game again after one of the worst decisions ever made.He is supposed to be the best ref in the PL
Facking corrupt cannnnt, it's people like him that are ruining football.
Never a straight red in a million years for Miles Lewis Skelly.
Oliver should give up refereeing and take up Morris dancing.
VAR should have overturned his decision and reduce the red to a yellow but they bottled it from Oliver who is senior official.
The same ref who sent Martinelli off in 2022 within 7 seconds.
The same ref who refused to send off Kovacic
Once again this is supposed to be the best ref in the PL.

Someone should produce a map of where the money goes.
Apparently Oliver is paid off by organisations from the Middle East to benefit City and Newcastle.
But United are also in on the action, according to Arsenal fans.
I assume that every club is benefiting from corruption apart from little old Arsenal, but if someone could map of all out, that’d be most helpful.

The odd thing is if Oliver is in the pocket of the UAE, surely he’d be trying to benefit Arsenal!
----------------------------------------------------------------------
This is why I’m asking for some help to understand how this web of corruption has infiltrated the PL but somehow Arsenal aren’t involved.
I’m sure the Arsenal fans can explain their position.

UAE?
It was Michael Oliver and Darren Englands all expenses paid trips to Saudi that came under massive scrutiny and led to a ban on it.

Plenty have also mentioned him refereeing in the UAE league too.

Oh, the City owners paid for him to go on multiple trips? Thought it was a one-off that got massively criticised and the PGMOL stopped it quickly?
My mistake

Not what I said or am arguing? I said he’s been accused of being in the pocket of the UAE by some on here. It’s literally on the other threads about Oliver.

Funny reading up on it. Darren England had an all-expenses paid trip with a massive fee for a game in the Middle East just days before that horrendous error in the Liverpool-Spurs game.
So many unfortunate chain of events. Webb didn't help things when he defended Oliver over the Kovacic error by saying Oliver doesn't like to have a negative impact - when there is a lot of evidence he has no issue when it is an Arsenal player rather than a City player, before and after the Kovacic game.

Unfortunate also for Oliver that the red card rules out a player from facing the club owned by the people he has been accused of taking large payments from and also a game with the club Oliver supports.
Obviously MLS wouldn't necessarily be the player you target in that situation, but when an opportunity arises you have to take it - cynical people may argue.

The web of corruption seems to be breaking up under a tiny amount of scrutiny.
It’s almost as if it’s simply invented by fans who get upset everything a mistake doesn’t go their way.

He didn’t take any payments from Mansour.
