Latest deadline day news is that Mathys Tel is joining Spurs.
This comes after news that Tel himself rejected Spurs a few days ago. He was said to be open to coming to United. Then we heard that United wanted a loan only, whereas Bayern insisted on an obligation to buy. Now we hear that Spurs are taking the player on loan with no obligation.
This tells us, doesn't it, that United have moved on to another target.
In this light, the news that Alvaro Morata has signed for Galatasaray appears significant.
Welcome to Manchester, Victor Osimhen!
Tel to Spurs

We have some relegation battles coming up over the next month- how these games goes will tell us a lot.
Leicester, Everton, spurs, Ipswich.
I wouldn't be surprised if we came away with 0 wins.
After the relegation battles we have forest, arsenal, city, Newcastle.
We could be in proper chit after this run of games

We can lose every match and not be relegated. Spurs were relegated just a few days ago, then won a match and are now safe.

I’d be surprised if we lost every game. Can see us beating Leicester, the other three could be any result.
At least we got in a left wing back so we can still struggle to score goals and concede two a game.

That bottom 3 is absolutely atrocious, I don’t think any of them get to 30 points at this stage - you probably need a point to stay up and we need 3.
Ipswich losing to Southampton was the final nail in their coffin and RVN is a schitt manager and only marginally better than Ange, but with a vastly inferior squad

I reckon Spurs and United could lose every game and still stay up, that’s how bad the bottom four are.

Neither will lose every game, the Prem is poor quality this season. Teams are as likely to beat top four teams, as they are to lose to bottom four teams. Both will comfortably finish mid table or higher.

Fack, we might actually get relegated now.

At least a relegation battle means we're competing for something in the league. And we can't even get into the bottom 3 for that. This team is an absolute disgrace!

Bottom table teams have been beating top table teams forever, it's nothing new
