People love slating TikTok but mine is filled with clips of The Office, Only Fools and Horses, Football, Food ideas. Brilliant for killing time when I'm on the loo.

Compared to Facebook (local Karen doesnt like the look of that car parked on her street) or Instagram (what a school friend I havent spoken to in 15 years had for lunch) its brilliant

Nextdoor.com is a nightmare. Unless you opt out of about 20 things, you get bombarded with trivial crap like Mrs Goggins hasn't put her green bin out for 3 weeks or someone has seen someone suspicious looking at a car etc

Haha, I was on nextdoor for about 5 minutes before uninstalling it.

But aren't those instances the reason to be on it in the first place? To laugh at the trivial issues that wind the fack out of others. Perhaps make it a goal to get mentioned on there. Not many things more entertaining than watching/reading a Karen getting all angry.

Oops. I may not have read your reply. Follow me if you know who I am and I'll get you there. Or somehow give me clues to yours without other people working it out. Like spell it out using initials of places around Skye that you can describe and I'd get but others wouldn't. Or such. A fun game.

I have heard Scottish people say that buckfast is the most important meal of the day, for what it's worth.

Oh btw one of my invention ideas is an upmarket version of buckfast/dragon soop for the middle class to enjoy and it to seem acceptable.

I take dragon soop to my mum when I go home and she loves it, but won't admit it to anyone else because it looks childish and brightly coloured etc.

The marketing will play on the fact that people drink buckie/dragon soop in secret and are ashamed by it. This will allow them the freedom to be themselves.

I just wait three weeks for them to appear on Instagram like any other normal middle aged guy.

But some people all they do is talk about it and look at you weird if you aint in to it...
Including lots of older people too, I have an account of which I used to use to spy on my daughter, but if I stay longer than 2/3 mins on it I feel like my brain starts melting out of my head.
