Ousmane Dembele in the form of his life

Appears to have overcome career blighted by hamstring injuries and in the conversation for Ballon D'or
Love to see uber talented players thrive, rather than peter-out and die.

Incidentally, Reece James used the same Finland based world leading surgeon that performed surgery on esteemed football clients which includes a certain Ousmane Dembele.
(Dr. Lasse Lempainen has quite the collection of prominent sport clients).

Fingers crossed this will be the last of his injury-ravaged period, with the surgery and recovery. Fixed for good.
Injuries taking its toll and shortening his intended long glorious career path is the unthinkable worst case scenario. Would be tragic.

Dembele recovered the high-intensity running and the devastating explosive speed at which he dribbles with the ball from a standing start despite the litany of hamstring injuries.
Of course they are not the same player and every case should be treated individually, but there is that case study, bodes well.

I use Dembele example as his hamstring injury history is most comparable to Reece.

No, I'll never entertain or advocate offloading Reece.
One supports a player of his calibre and age, fabric of the club through the tough hardship times. Lives and breathes the club.

I thought he was lazy and all he did was play PS5 and pretend to be injured. Wasn't that the narrative when he was at Barca? Same as Gravenberch when he was at Madrid actually.
