Deep in the śhit now. Opportunity comes knocking for anyone that wishes to step-up in his absence.
Unbelievable timing to lose 2 strikers at the same time, especially an outstanding one upfront, who was to all intents and purposes bulletproof.
Nicolas Jackson out until April!

This season has been horrendous for injuries for most teams. Only Liverpool have got away with it

Outstanding? His last goal was two months ago today 😅

Nkunku needs to step up.

Not sure about him being "bulletproof".
He has done amazingly well fitness-wise considering the demands put upon him during the last season and a half but lets not forget he failed a medical at Bournemouth because of a hamstring issue.

Is it though? 10 years ago sure, but at the rate every PL team has been picking up injuries in recent times, I'm not sure it is.
I've said before I'm not raging at the club for not signing a striker cos his profile needed to be very specific. But this was always possible with only 2 out & out strikers in the squad, not chalking it up to bad luck.

Seeing as the strikers we have have been so negligent in front of goal, maybe some of our other players, apart from the Coleman, might just chip in with some !

Onus is on all of them. Including Maresca to find viable solutions and adaptations.
Tempted to go with Palmer as the most advanced forward.
Front 4:
Madueke Nkunku George
Palmer
Similar to last season, when Jackson was unavailable on international duty.

Madueke or Sancho on the right. No preference at the moment.
