Earls Court back on the agenda?

https://video.twimg.com/ext_tw_video/1891094513084416000/pu/vid/avc1/720x1280/30U5EG_PqpFjXGtk.mp4?tag=12
Figures are way off, going to cost alot more than that either way.
Conversations are being had in the background apparently, with a proposal set to be put forward both ways shortly to stay at the bridge and leave allegedly.

I see the pros and cons of staying and leaving, on a basic level.
Ideally, staying at the Bridge redeveloping the stadium into 60k+ capacity has to be the priority (planning permission was approved under Roman), should that not be feasible anymore, left with no other option... Earls Court is a stone's throw away from the Bridge.
I'm open to possibility of leaving provided the plans are well constructed, not wishy-washy and properly consulted communication.

That period when there were chants of "we got our Chelsea back", would have actually strategically been a opportunistic window to reveal any stadium plans they had in the works.
Could very well flip like a switch again, such is the fickle nature of the average supporter. Opinions change like the wind.

Gannon was at the last CPO meeting last month but the only mention of Stadium Development was that there was no news on progression as to any decision and that none was likely to be imminent.

Earl’s Court? What is this Chelsea the musical?

Plans for the redevelopment of Earls Court have already been submitted for flats offices and restaurants.

No mention of a football stadium being built.

I think there’s a chance next season we are ranked 11th for stadium capacity. We’ve been left behind.

Unless the CPO agree to move Chelsea football club as we know are not going any where!

Currently I cant see the CPO trusting these guys.

If they fckd off to somewhere else , we would get our club back, im not opposed to that

Don't trust these guys are capable of building a squad let alone a stadium.

Everton's looks decent on first glance no idea what the capacity is but guess it must be 55k+ or so ?

It’s 53k. Looks really nice. Location is 👌
