If you fail to become a top side again which is very likely as the fergie era was anomaly, do you still think it would sell out in say 10/15/20 years?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Us having a top team is no more an anomaly than for any other club.

We can’t piiss rivals off on the pitch just now but this mega stadium will do a lovely job of it while Amorim sorts us out .

Rival fans all over socials are raging. Despite our current woes on the pitch, it's dawning on them who really are top dogs here.

City fans have absolutely no shame in particular. They don't even own their first team's stadium. The one they do own is over the other side of the road where the women play. 😂

This is the absolute best bit. I've absolutely no idea why they think anything they sayeans anything but it's hilarious to see the incredibly transparent meltdowns

The stadium won't cost us any utility bills either as it's going to be powered by the steam from all the boiled p*** it'll generate.

I think he's just a bit sad that the club he supports can never aspire to build a piece of architecture that Manchester United will build

Woah woah… I sense the fear, what’s mans getting shook for?
It’s not gonna be here for another 5 years. That’s plenty time for you lot to do your thing…

And then it’s over. For everyone.
The Red Devils Mist will rise once more….

As someone else said it looks kinda cheap and temporary from a distance, but who knows what it'll look like once done.

The sustainability, integration with the neighbourhood and the areas to gather with protection from the weather sound like great ideas.

I guess the issue is what ticket prices look like to make up the costs. It would be a shame for you if locals were priced out and it ended up being more of a tourist attraction.

I guess in terms of revenue with the debt it would still take a while for you to be fully utilize it too?
