Nothing wrong with VAR. Maybe plenty wrong with way it is used.
That is the problem.
Similarly in other sports, such as tennis, you couldn't play a top tournament without the seeing eye judge.

VAR in its current form cannot succeed. It’s got nothing to do with the people using it.

Unfortunately, this is now the game and whilst VAR has spoilt it, things won’t change.

I think Ange is spot on.

1. VAR is an instrument, just like the seeing eye in Tennis.
2. As an instrument it is well engineered...nothing wrong with it.
3. All instruments can be used well or poorly.
4. VAR is often used poorly. Inapproporiately. And someitmes even misread!
5. #4 is Ange's problem.

Apparently fans are protesting against VAR in Scandinavia and several FA’s are in talks with uefa about how they can get rid of it.

Protesting can have an effect. Just saying.

Why would FAs be in touch with UEFA on how to get rid? If the FA and PL wanted to get rid of VAR on domestic competition then they could just do that. There is no requirement to use it. Same for any domestic league.

Nobody would have to be in talks with UEFA, whoch suggests that your comment is false.
