It’s early days and he’s young and all that but right now it looks like we sent Malacia on loan to spend €30 mill on another Malacia.

Process just does this: always needs a player to berate and shamelessly hate on; tries a few different ones over a period of time to see where he can find a bit of like-minded traction; repeat ad infinitum.
Dorgu has been in the discussion for MOTM the last few games bar last night and, let’s call a spade a spade, last night’s result was solely down to one man, who I cannot for the life of me understand why we jettisoned off DDG for.

Too early even vidic and Evra looked dreadful to begin with and they were in their prime years. Give him some time.

Not sure what you’ve been watching.
Looked decent so far at 20 years old in a struggling United side.
Physical, skilful, good delivery, quick, good age / price / wages. Looks like a good signing for me.

I worry for you if so. I think he's looked incredibly average tbh and so so raw which we knew.
Not advocating we sell him or even that he's a bad player. I'm making the point he should have been eased in behind a more experienced player. That's what well run clubs do.
(Note: We aren't a well ran club at all)
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Take your point about easing him in, but have to ask what you’re on about really. Who would you be easing him in with? Harry Amass?
In case you haven’t noticed, we haven’t had a left back for the last two seasons. Of course he was going to be starting every week by dint of being the only fit and able left back at the club.
Stand by what I’ve said. He’s had a decent start, and for sure there is a player there, who will only improve and be good for us.

I think you've kind of answered my point for me. Because the fact we haven't had Luke Shaw fit for the entire year, we sold Alvaro and loaned out Malacia.....I'd have probably been targeting a player closer to his prime as an immediate signing for LWB and then maybe looked at a player like Dorgu in the coming windows.
We always seem to do things back to front. Don't think he's a bad player but just don't think he's close to being ready for us.

I've accepted that the next few seasons could well be seeing what could be a youngish team grow together. If we can supplement the talented youngsters with seasoned pros then we may not suffer too much results wise either. If one or two go stratospheric then it could help us hit the heights sooner.
We were better than Barca over two legs two years ago and look at them now. It is possible to improve quicker than expected but you need a lot of things going right. We're due some luck though!

Dorgu would have had two assists to his name last night had Hojlund & Garnacho not fluffed their lines.
He's had a decent start to his career for us. He's got the physical profile to get up and down the length of the pitch all game and some of his delivery into the box has been dangerous. I would like to see him go at this man a bit more in one v ones and tidy up his general play, but for a 20 year old who's come in mid-season he's doing perfectly fine. We certainly look better down that side of the pitch now that he's there and he's clearly got a lot of potential.

I think he’ll come good myself. Proper athlete and looks game.

I thought knobb was the king of premature ejaculations but I was wrong

You can usually tell early on if a player has it or not.

Remember Evra and Vidic?
