He's available for £25M (buyout), he passed his audition last night, quick feet, double footed and creates chances.. given the huge amount we've spent on dross, for the said buyout clause, should we trigger the buyout clause?
Again, been man utd, we probably won't do the sensible thing and go spend twice the amount on someone inferior

He's a massive talent but I genuinely think he will end up at Bayern or Inter or someone like that. Can't see him coming to United.
Either Cunha or Mbuemo would be my bet and most likely Cunha.

I'd love him at Liverpool but the way we play his lack of defensive work rate would be an issue. Maybe that could be coached into him and at 25m that is a steal.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I don't know whether it's a luxury which is afforded to him by the coach, but from what I've seen, he isn't a great presser, and doesn't appear to be the most diligent tracking back.
The other question is given the kind of squad re-shaping changes we know we need to focus right in on in the summer (physicality/athleticism, commitment/hunger, mentality more widely), how does he fit in there?
(Not having a go at him wrt the above, because I don't know how good a presser he might become or how willing and able he is to run through walls. They're just going to need to be serious considerations for any given target.)
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Those considerations aside, at £25m it’s a no brainer. He’s clearly a fantastic player already and it’s the kind of price that we could recoup if the signing didn’t work out. Are we likely to find a better player at that price (and potential)?
Him and Amad (at RWB) dovetailing down that side would be incredibly exciting if nothing else.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
A £25m transfer fee is all very well and good, but his agent isn’t going to be having him paid as a £25m player.
And if there are a bunch of clubs in for him, he’s also going to want a good chunk of the difference between the £25m transfer fee and his £50m or £60m value realised as a signing on fee.

People keep saying you can't judge Hojlund because he gets no service. Funny that Maguire gets chances, Kobbie gets chances and even Obi Martin got a few half chances on his debut.
Service could be a lot better but ultimately Hojlund just isn't very good.

No surprise this has been ignored.
It is really this simple. Rasmus is toilet.

He won't be paid like a former real Madrid team either. If we pay him 5-10 times his wages now, it's still less than whatever we are paying Mount or Garnacho.
That being said deals like this are done before they almost knock us out of the Cup with 10 men but our scouting remains a problem nor do we have the finances to sign and let them develop.

Far better clubs to join than a bottom of the table club. I doubt he will want to join a side like us.

Stretford;
Wherever he goes he's going to want guaranteed first team football. We can't definitely offer him that.
Huh? He’s far better than anyone we have except Bruno who is aging. He’s far superior to mainoo, mount, Zirkzee, nacho etc so why can’t we guarantee him football?

I wouldn’t include Amad either has he’s better as a wingback. All his best games have been at wingback. He’s far better outside than as an inside forward and he’s not better either.

He’s on about 60% of Garnacho’s wage already.
He’ll be earning at least £150k p/w next season I’d reckon.
