Looks like there are moves to look at replacing Farke.
definitely reliable source..
49rs need to get this absolutely right..Big finance and stadium development hinges on survival....
If they can get De zerbi or similar high quality..why not..?!
You would feel very sorry for DF..broken all records..great humble guy ....not backed at Norwich

Do you agree with this?
New manager search is ON…..

Well that’s my question over Farke anyway..
What I won’t do as some have done, is downplay how good he was / is this season, despite previous holes or concerns of course.. to justify an opinion.
Some of that rubbish said on here recently is off the scale

Farke has been brilliant this season...in the
Championship. He fcked up the Meslier fiasco.
Had no Plan B (unless 6 attackers qualifies),
and didn't fully use what squad he has.
But, he got us up playing some really nice
football at times. Many times. I have no issues
with his two seasons as a whole. He did what
he was asked to do. And we are going up.
Credit to Farke. Massive credit.
But, the whole point of A14's post was in reaction
to the story that broke saying the club (not me),
the club were looking at options to Farke. As they
were feeling the same as me and others:
Farke, great Championship manager. But, is that
his ceiling? Can he really cut it in the Prem?
Do we give him the coffers to spend on his players?
And roll the dice with him? Or look for better?
My answers are yes, no, no, no, and please, yes.

Agreed mate.
To be honest we can sack Farke and bring in whoever as a newly promoted team to the prem, we'll be up against it regardless of who takes the reigns. That's just the same fate for the majority of promoted teams, regardless of who is coaching/managing. It'll be a battle to establish ourselves.
Mourinho had Spurs/Man U with established prem clubs - they went well didn't they.

He does have a plan B, brings on 5 forwards if losing for a kamakaze last 10 minutes

That’s also very true…
Funny about Jose for me really, because at first thought I think, god no.. then it creeps in.. hmm I do actually think he’d be an oddly good fit for me Leeds.. people could hate us as a package then 😆! … can see him being very at one with the fans too for some reason

Felt exact same thing Spanish when I read about Jose.
Two lightning rods in a pod.

Exactly, as Spurs, Man U and West Ham have discovered.
I understand the doubts around Farke. But if we replace him, we lose the excellent team spirit that he has built. There is also the question of who would replace him. Our owners don't have deep pockets, so any prospective manager would factor in the risk of relegation and a black mark on their CV.

Got to say, yes - exactly my reaction. Initial reaction no and no again. But then, yes, he might just have that f%ck you attitude that would sit well with the club and fans.
I'm on the fence but leaning towards giving Farke the summer and next season, but do get the hesitation (to put it mildly!) from some. It's more the timing for me, not yet - lets get the season finished.

My instinct is simple; money spent sacking Farke and hiring a much more expensive manager with no guarantees, simply takes away from investment on the pitch. Unless there is a total clear out…which would be even more expensive, then the new manager has to get to know the players, know their strengths, stamp his authority, and then after all that, he could still make some bad judgements about several player’s capability - (and be honest, Kalvin is a player who has struggled a lot to adapt in the Prem, especially for a £40m player) and then finally implement his tactics and get them up and running in the relative space of a few weeks.
A huge risk replacing Farke in my opinion.
A wise move? Certainly not convinced….
