Youth sides from each club will compete for the trophy at Firhill on Tuesday night.
Rangers won the trophy last season with a 3-2 win over Celtic in the final last year.
Celtic and Rangers will compete in the Glasgow Cup final on Tuesday, April 29.
The fixture will be played at Partick Thistle's Firhill.
Kick-off for the tie will be at 7pm.
