Don't be surprised I'd Slot looks at KDB as a midfielder to add to his squad, i really feel KDB has a lot still to offer, especially from the bench AND the few games as a starter.
He's known as a Liverpool fan, and from a family perspective (he has kids etc) he won't have to move very far, it makes sense to me all.round:
1 .Won't cost a lot;
2..Still a quality player;
3..Liverpool fan;
4..Be fantastic of the bench for us;
Can you imagine a midfield from
KDB
Szlob
Macca
Gravenberch
Bajcetic
I'd take THAT every day of the week, AND I'd say that's the best in the league, even without Elliott and Jones.
YNWA
KDB.

Be very surprised if he went to Anfield, his City legacy would be gone in an instant.

3..Liverpool fan;

What does this matter, given he'll have noticed the treatment of another boyhood Liverpool fan in the past few weeks?

I wouldn't stand in the way of signing KDB. Can play a role in a CL or PL challenging team and would sell a helluva a lot of shirts.
Not gonna happen though, because of his wage demands.

I still think there is a great player in there. Too slow for the PL now though, but could do a great job in Spain or Germany.
I think he looked demoralised this season? The realisation that the club has been lying to him for a decade, and has cheated to get where they are, has killed him.

Not good enough for Liverpool. Maybe we could find a place for him.

Firstly, no we aren’t signing him, secondly, can we all stop fvcking overhyping Bajcetic? He’s not that good.

Great player, but, no chance of him being signed. The same goes for Wirtz, £125M, and the Real player who’s been valued by them at £100M.
These guys have got to be out of our market. I cannot imagine FSG sanctioning that kind of payment for a player who, after 3 or 4 years, a la Konate, up sticks and walks out on a free.
Bajcetic? Fantastic player, I hope he makes it to the first squad and then the team itself. No, not today or tomorrow, but, like Ben Doake one definitely for the future.

Bajcetic? ABSOLUTELY ready now, only reason he was loaned out was to build his fitness after horrific injuries.
"IF" people remember, Bajcetic was our best player before his injuries, outstanding and people forget thiis; i bet Liverpool haven't forgot how good he is.

Wirtz is around £85M....according to reports, bundersliga clubs its apparently £100M.
So £85M well within our resource...i can see it happening.
