Manchester teams

Tottenham deployed the same tactics Palace used against City - put 11 men behind the ball. Micky Vander Ben acting a second goalie by clearing an impossible high ball off the line. The stats also similar, both Mancunian teams had over 71 per cent possession and attack sorties entire matches.
It's called modern-day football thanks to Mourinho. It doesn't always work, but when it does it's painful to watch.

Didn't see last night's game but thought the FA Cup final was an enjoyable watch tbh.

United have Rasmus as their number 9. It does not get any worse than that.

The fact that Amorim keeps playing him is one of the main reasons we are where we are.

Awful management. Top coaches would have binned him and come up with a new solution like a false 9 or something. You need to fire him cos this version of Man U under him is contagious. You might not be 16th but even just being a top 10 team is unacceptable.

Spurs had no creative players available.
They played the only game that allowed them to win.

Brilliant display of backs-to-the-wall defending by Spurs last night without the levels of sh**ttthousery employed by Southampton and Palace in recent games.

Tottenham won with a pass completion rate of 61% and just 115 completed passes the whole game.

Well that's worrying for United. Of course we're sheit as well, but bloody hell that's damning. Literally all we needed to do was defend properly.

Slabhead upfront and float highballs inis all they had. Spurs missing kulu maddison son etc resorted tothe easiest most classic thing in football. Its why all the lesser teams do it

Yes they did. Ange played his team to their strengths last night to best ensure Spurs immediate future as a respected, and elite football club.

Amorim didnt. He can't even take a day off over the bigger picture.

Palace more deserving than spurs, they could have scored more against you divers.

I doubt it, their players spent more time feigning injury than trying to score
