Seems likely that he's leaving City this summer... would you want him at Spurs ? Would imagine you might get him for 50-60mln (but wages might be a problem.
Not sure he's what you call an Ange type player BUT no question he's talented, can see a pass etc but most importantly doesn't give the ball away (unlike a lot of our current midfielders). He's used to winning, has CL experience and is a player we had looked at in the past.
As much as I like Madders, could argue Grealish is the better player and at a club like Spurs he could be more of a central player rather than being stuck out on the left.... a bit more like he was at Villa

If we can make a financial deal, yes,but only if we are planning to play with a 10 next year. Recently Madders has been taking the ball from the CB recently and playing to deep.
The issue is the management needs to be sorted one way or another before any decent player would sign.
