Youth > Experience

We're gonna see the same thing play-out two days time in the Champions League final, with PSG utilising the lowest average age players to devastating effects. Prevailing finally.

◉ 22.2 - Strasbourg
◉ 23.7 - Chelsea
◎ 24.4 - PSG
◎ 24.6 - Juventus
◎ 24.8 - Barcelona

Youth playing high-level games consistently, will by extension become experienced.
Don't change the model, they are the present and the future. Rivals will follow suit (some have already started), playing catch-up.

I can't deny this is starting to become a thing, and yet the three winners of the three biggest leagues in Europe haven't conformed.

Balance between the two was, is & always will be greater than a devote commitment to either side.

Dont change the model ?

Well I think that the direction of travel is younger squads, but is this more about cost & value?

Also younger squads ? It does depend on the quality of the players and their levels of experience & of course the strength & depth balance.

Young players need experienced players to emulate & gain insight & learn their trade from.

Without it the learning curve is prolonged and some player will not reach their potential.

Balance = A strong spine!

Imo, we need 3/5 players in the first 25 man squad aged 24- 28 yrs old who are experienced and who have the right qualities
