I see Betis have just spent €9m on someone. Can’t imagine they’re a club with much to spend in the summer.

Saudi Arabia isn't like Dubai. All the money in the world can't make up for living in a country with stiff moral codes.

A sizable number of players and managers end up living in the slightly more liberal Bahrain, and commuting back and forth. Some even leave their WAGs in Europe, and fly back and forth every week.
