Realistically, say we've got 20m right now. Beyonce made us probably about the same. 40m cash could buy 4 50m players right now on installments. That's before we've even sold anyone. And with CL revenue coming and currently one of the lowest wage to revenue ratios in the league. There's money there, we'll do signings

I think it's a bigger problem across the board not just buying at home. Teams on the continent are trying their luck especially if a Premier League team shows interest in a player we've got that problem at the moment with trying to get Sesko or Gyokores they are just hiking up the price. Wirtz is another good example looks like a decent player but in no way is he worth over the £100 million mark, he might well be in the future but not at the moment.

Sorry but that's clearly a load of balls. It's pretty rare these days a club expects all the money up front. Part of the reason we allegedly haven't got cash is because it's tied up in scheduled payments for transfers.

As if there's no other club out there whose player we're interested in that would take 5 annual payments of 10m.

And this is where the owners are not helping. They could help with that cash flow. We'll have more money coming in but that will be over the season as we play UCL matches and earn prize money, pay outs

Yes that’s the same for literally any player in world football.

But Wirtz is one of the best in the world and is 22. Just like Rice he’s worth every penny and will no doubt prove it as Rice did and as Alisson and VVD have done.
