... absolutely agree - however there are people who go to the gym, and there are people who go to the gym, but don't shut up about it..

Also, the notion of gym and fitness have been split somehow...

these young lads going to gyms and lift as heavy as possible thinking big muscles = health/fitness.. its doesn't
